Revival Music Team

Music is another vital component to setting the atmosphere for the Holy Spirit. We select our team by first and foremost, praying and asking God to lead us to those musicians who have a heart for God. They must be prayer warriors and intercessors in their personal lives. 

We ask the worship team to come an hour before the service to come together as a team in prayer. Our Motto is: No Pray, No Play. The purpose is they all come from various walks of life, jobs, and responsibilities, and it is vitally important that they come together to seek God's guidance and direction for every service. They need to be in sync as one with the Holy Spirit, so they can follow His leading in directing the whole service into the presence of God by setting the example of worshiping from the heart. They are creating the atmosphere for the Holy Spirit to come and dwell and have His way during the service, so the Word of God can be bathed in anointed worship and prayerful atmosphere, as well as preparing the hearts of the people.

There are many musicians who are extremely talented, but we look for those whose hearts are one with God, who seek God on a daily basis in the Word of God and prayer, privately and publicly, and whose sole desire is to usher in the presence of the Holy Spirit. Their instrument is a spiritual weapon that must be handled with anointing and skill. Psalmist David and his harp are a classic example. Anointed worship can spoil the plots of the enemy, tear down strongholds, and open the gates of heavens, that the King of Glory can come in.
